I have had the privilege of working as a debt coach for that last 5 years. During that time it has been a real joy to be able help people in difficult circumstances and helping people see a way forward when circumstances seem bleak. 

Responsible for visiting clients in their own homes to communicate CAP’s debt advice. This involves a fact find of clients’ current financial situation, communication of the prepared budget and financial plan, and working with clients to encourage them to stick to the plan.
